Marc Gross

Marc doesn’t just make things happen, he makes them better and he makes them succeed… because the people we support are uncompromising in both drive and those with whom they choose to surround themselves.

Career Experience for Life-Long Planning

Anyone can claim to “make things happen.” It’s an introduction Marc does not take lightly.

At one end of the spectrum, he has built, represented, and won cases for international businesses. At the other, he has planned and managed summits for world-renowned non-profits. He has aided in the creation of a not-for-profit setup to coordinate billions in funding across a network of entities.

In all instances, he has coordinated, mapped, planned, and implemented the structures and documentation necessary to ensure predictable outcomes in personal, estate, and business management.

A History of Success

Marc is the founder of Law Offices of Marc G. Gross, a legal consulting firm based in New York that provides modern solutions to philanthropies and social impact startups.

Previously, Marc served as Director of Scheduling & Advance and Senior Advisor to President Clinton during the first 6 years of his post-Presidency. During this time, Marc worked and traveled with political leaders, government officials, CEOs, and philanthropic organizations worldwide. He managed a global staff of over 150 employees. Notable projects included the design and implementation of President George H. W. Bush and President Clinton’s trip to areas affected by the 2004 Indian Ocean Tsunami, the 2005 Inaugural Clinton Global Initiative Meeting, and Hurricane Katrina relief efforts. Later, as Comptroller of the Clinton Foundation, he helped establish the foundation’s financial transaction policies to ensure fiscal efficiency and budgetary compliance.

Earlier in his career, Marc was an associate at Condon & Forsyth, specializing in tort and personal injury litigation, commercial litigation, and litigation arising under international treaties.

Marc received his B.A. from CUNY-Hunter College in New York, NY and his J.D. from Emory University in Atlanta, GA. He currently resides in Queens, NY with his wife and two sons. Marc is passionate about serving his community and does so by sitting on the boards of Opportunities For a Better Tomorrow (OBT), empowering disenfranchised youth, as well as the Caroga Arts Collective, bringing musicians and artists together to enhance the community.
